专利摘要:
Distribution system of animal feed, automated and autonomous as it is manufactured on the farm, without clogging or incidents due to the adherence of the feed fiber to the distribution pipes. The cyclone is formed by inclined beater to gain height (1, 6) under it, driven by a motoreductor (5), with lateral input pipes of nutritional supplements (4), inclined feed distribution pipes (3), and exit through the bottom (7). It also consists of trunk-conical pipe (9) adapted to transfer the feed of the sloping pipe from the slope of the cyclan (8) to the horizontal distribution pipe (10, 14), which consists of a rotary gate opening and closing (11) and a special hopper of rectangular section that allows the transfer of the feed between two distribution pipes rotated to 90º whose function is to distribute the feed to the different animal feeders (13). CYCLE FOR AERATION, DEPARASITATED AND DISTRIBUTION OF
I THINK
SECTOR OF THE TECHNIQUE
The object of the present invention relates to a system for distribution of feed within livestock farms. To this end, the integral feed passes through a cyclone that eliminates volatiles (contamination contained in microscopic particles, dust, etc); when the feed is precipitated by density to the bottom of the cyclone, it accesses a whisk to which vitamin supplements can be added, which is inclined to gain height and make the farm passable below the feed distribution system; in turn, the feed again rushes to the delivery tubes, which distribute the feed horizontally throughout the farm.
With its changes of direction, pipes of revolving gate and special hopper of rectangular section, it is allowed the transfer of feed between the pipes at different height rotated at 90 °, which flow into the animal feeders, in any direction that they carry .
STATE OF THE PREVIOUS TECHNIQUE
In the farms, the feeding of livestock that cannot go past grazing is based on the intake of the food that the farmer pours in the feeders dedicated to this end. This food consists mainly of a mixture of ground grain and straw, the quantity and proportion of which must be controlled in order to obtain an optimal feeding of the cattle.
The mills in which the feed ingredients are milled simultaneously are known, for which the straw is introduced into a mill milling chamber through a conveyor belt and the grain that is desired to be incorporated into the compound by means of a hopper connected to said camera. Subsequently, both ingredients are crushed and once ground they are projected into a hopper where they are moistened and converted into feed.
The grinding chambers of this type of conventional mills, are formed by a sieve in whose core a single rotor consisting of hammers is installed in the

which are generally arranged radially, a series of hubs that contribute to the grinding of all the ingredients poured into the chamber. Therefore and since the milling of the ingredients is carried out in the same chamber and at the same time, each of the ingredients will have a degree of crushing depending on its hardness.
This type of conventional grinding procedures can be adapted to the grinding of several ingredients but has the disadvantage that, in order to achieve the optimum crushing degree for each of them, they must be ground separately. For this purpose, the sieve that surrounds the rotor must be changed, adapting each time the size of the sieve to the ingredient that is crushed at that time.
EXPLANATION OF THE INVENTION
The distribution of the integral feeding in farms supposes a problem of difficult solution due to the fiber incorporated in the feed that adheres to the distribution pipes, hindering the transit of the feed through them to the animal feeders.
Also, in relation to the distribution of feed with incorporated fiber, there are currently no autonomous and automatic systems on the market that allow such distribution.
The object of the present invention is based on a feed distribution system with fiber incorporated by means of an autonomous and automatic system that relies on the propulsive force of the feed and straw from powerful fans previously installed in a mixing mill. to distribute. These fans propel the product inside the cyclone, in addition to aerating it, and expelling the volatile contaminants that may remain in the mixture.
At the bottom, there is the whisk, which finishes mixing the products, including nutritional supplements. Likewise, this mechanism distributes the feed homogeneously through four pipes; these consist of an auger that drives the feed in its ascending path, until it reaches horizontality, at the height that does not prevent pedestrian or machinery circulation in the agricultural facility. Once the necessary height is achieved, the product is transferred to the horizontal pipes that will move the feed to the place where the animal feeders are located, through hoppers designed specifically for this purpose (which are shaped like coniferous funnels of elliptical guidelines) .
The minor axis of the ellipses coincides with the diameter of the pipes, and the largest is

considerably longer, extended in the direction of the axis of the pipe to achieve the reverse funnel that facilitates the transfer of the product by weight, or vertical, without the intervention of any mechanism. At a given time, the feed must change direction towards its march towards the feeders.
To safeguard the angle of 90 ° of the distribution pipes and, to facilitate the change of direction of the feed from one another, in the simplest way and without additional costs, a trunk-conical hopper of change of direction is designed for this purpose .
This complex shape is obtained by twisting a prism trunk, whose unequal bases are rotated 90 °. In this way, it is achieved that the feed falls by its own weight, from some distribution pipes to others, which lead the feed directly to the feeders.
At the end of the system, there are the animal feeders, which consist of several parts: the manger, built in cement and the hopper, supported by wooden structure, lined internally with black agricultural film on its entire surface, to avoid the transfer of possible contaminants from the immediate environment.
In the manner described, the feed is kept tight, without access of light, flies, dust, etc. to it.
BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS
To complement the description that is being made and in order to help a better understanding of the characteristics of the invention, a set of drawings is attached as an integral part of said description, where illustrative and non-limiting nature has been represented. next:

The system object of the present invention is oriented to the distribution of feed continuously throughout the agricultural farm, automatically and autonomously, avoiding contamination in the food and possible adhesions of fiber in the feed distribution pipes, which hinder the transit through them.
Said system consists of a whisk (1,6) positioned inclined under a cyclone (7), which receives the feed of said cyclone. Then, to said feed, nutritional supplements can be added through spigot pipes whose purpose is the entry of nutritional supplements (4) located in the outer casing of said beater (2).
Then, the feed is precipitated to the distribution pipes closed and pulled with augers (3), all pulled by the beater motor reducer (5).
Then, and once the necessary height has been achieved with the inclined tubes coming from the beater (8), through an intermediate trunk-conical section between both tubes (9,11), the feed is precipitated on several horizontal pipes (10) whose purpose is the distribution of feed to the feeders; If the feeders were in a linear position, a pipe with rotating opening and closing gate (12) would be placed on top of them to distribute food to them.
In the event that the mentioned feeders were in a transverse position at 90 °, it would be necessary to place a special hopper (13) of rectangular section that would allow the transfer of the feed between two pipes by weight, turned 90 °, the mouths being of input and output of feed of different sizes, to facilitate the transfer of food between them.
The food distribution pipes pulled by the augers, cross the lid of the feeders (14), precipitating the food inside them.
The mentioned feeders would be constructed of polished cement. In its upper part, supported on the cement base (16), the hopper that would store the food (15), built in wood (17), material from which the lid of the aforementioned feeders would be constructed, would be installed.
In the inner face of the feeders, a black plastic stapled on the wood (18) would be placed, to isolate the food from the outside preventing access to its interior to insects, birds, etc., avoiding on the other hand, the degradation of the feed by the action

of the outer light.
The industrial use of the invention in agricultural farms, is reflected in the nature of it: that of the manufacture of the feed and its distribution through an automated and autonomous system that prepares the food for the animals with the optimal nutritional elements for their intake. , as well as maintaining it throughout the process, free from contamination, insects and other harmful particles that may affect its composition, thus preventing it from reaching the animals and reversing in a satisfactory manner in the health of the same, with the corresponding saving that is caused for this purpose (improvement of production, saving in animal intake, saving of health costs, etc.).
